Let me stop talking about thisCilantro Lime Shrimp recipefor a minute and share with you a little bit about why my oldest daughter won’t eat shrimp. She was about 5 years old ( she is now 11 ) when this happened, unfortunately. She used to love eating shrimps until one day she accidentally started to eat the tail with it and I said no you don’t eat the tail honey spit it out.

I guess she freaked out then got super grossed out and she never put it in her mouth after that. Even now, 6 years later, I can’tconvince her to give it another chance and try it again. So whenever I make shrimp likethisCilantro Lime Shrimp recipeshe doesn’t even look at it.

When I told my picky husband what was for dinner, he just gave me an “I don’t know about this” look. Mid way through dinner I said “well?” And he said he was to busy eating to talk and gave me a thumbs up. Thanks for the recipe!

This has to be the best meal I’ve had in the past few years. I made plain white rice and mixed it up with the shrimp, until all the rice was flavored as well. Could hardly stop eating it! Thank you for the recipe. I’ll be making this again and again.
